User Refund Policy
- At Motherboard, we have a 100% refund policy for unused credits/classes. Any cost related to materials or devices involved will not be refunded.
- We are committed to providing a superlative learning experience using the most innovative techniques. If at any point your child's learning experience isn't what you expected, please email us at support@motherboardedu.com.
- The refund validity period is 1 year — unused credits/classes can be refunded within 1 year from the date of joining the course.
- The refund policy applies only to paid class credits. It does not apply to class credits earned via referrals or gifted by Motherboard Education.
- We act on refund requests immediately, and the refund is issued within 72 hours.
- The refund policy applies to all one-time payment plans. Subscription plans and token payments are not covered under this policy.
